Probably, the court official responsible for controlling the amount of time you have to do is contact incomplete over time. If you do not complete the required number of hours they can charge of contempt of court in the face. A custodial sentence is possible, but for the judge.
You are in breach of an agreement in court. You may have placed a premium on the original charge.
